Burlap Flags are all the rage right now! It’s no wonder, they add such a fun touch of class and whimsy to any room. A flag can help take any party from drab to FAB!!!
I made these last Fall for a Harvest Dinner I was hosting.
Making these flags is as easy as 1,2,3! First off I went to Hobby Lobby and purchased some flags that I used as a template or pattern.
Using a pencil and ruler mark the size of each flag.
Double the fabric and use every piece by alternating the pattern. More Flags, no WASTE!
For this project I used a dark brown burlap in between each tan color. It turned out perfect for my Harvest Theme!
Using low temp hot glue I adhered each flag to inexpensive Jute Twine from the hardware store.
